New Investor From Seattle Washington

Hello,

I am 23 years old and looking to get started in real estate. I am primarily interested in rental properties, but would love to learn about other opportunities that come with the various styles of real estate as well. I relocated from Phoenix, AZ to the Seattle, WA area around a year ago. The change in states has shown me how different the housing market is depending on location, so I am definitely busy learning how the market behaves in Washington.

I do not have any real estate experience yet, however I have been actively reading real estate investing books and listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast. Both of these things have motivated me to post on here to gain more experience and become more involved! My goal is to get started and find resources that can help me in my journey to become a better investor.
