New to Real Estate Investing and would like to find a great CPA

Hello Everyone,

My name is Daniel Lopez and I'm from the Greenbelt area in Maryland. I have been investing in my education on the topic of real estate over the last 7 months after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and falling in love with the idea of financial independence and wealth generation through real estate. I have chosen to start on this journey through house hacking and am currently looking for my first property. Ideally, I would like start with purchasing a 2-4 unit property so as to remove/reduce my greatest expense but I think I should probably begin by finding a great real estate friendly CPA to assure I am in the best position to begin investing and/or put myself in a better position to begin. I would love to hear from anyone that might know of any in the area. I have no problem driving into DC or Virginia if necessary. This is my first post on the forums and look forward to having taken further steps by the time I write my next one. I look forward to hearing from anyone and everyone as I don't personally know too many people that are interested in this topic and would love to change that. Thanks!!
