Looking for Orlando Metro Real Estate Agent (Multi-Family)

Hello, my name is Chuck.

I have decided to go with the strategy of house hacking and want to either get a duplex, triplex, or a quadplex in the Orlando Metro Area. I am looking for an agent who specializes in small multifamily properties. I am also not opposed to having a SFH with a mother in law suite in the backyard. I want an agent who truly has my best interest in mind, an investor mindset, and one who is not concerned about writing below-market offers. I have worked hard to save, educate myself and analyze deals (I intend to stick to my numbers). I just simply want to succeed on my first investment. Thanks in advance for your help!
