Hello BP!  My name is Sierra Sonners from Vancouver WA/Portland OR area.  I'm new here and to real estate investing.  Although I don't have much experience in real estate (other than the purchases of my own home), I am so excited to learn and move forward on this path.  My interests are varied, (I just love real estate.)  However, I am focusing on buy and holds for my personal portfolio.  Then to raise capital I am interested in flipping and wholesaling.
