My name is Travis DeRose, I'm 26 years old, and am located in the Los Angeles/Orange County California Area. Over the past 8 months or so I've  been gradually educating myself on real estate investing .

I'm very excited to get started and so happy to have found BiggerPockets and all of the helpful folks and invaluable info on here!

So I'm still in the education phase but have realized that a potential issues to investing might be my income level. I have great credit score and no debt but it seems tough to get an adequate DTI in the LA/OC areas.

So just wanted to put it out there that if anybody is looking for an assistant, or person to perform grunt-work or monotonous tasks, I'd love to get involved on that level now to learn as much as I can and become an asset to an experienced investor.
