Two loans simultaneously without interfering with each other?

Hello BP,

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible for me to have two loans taken out simultaneously without conflicting with each other.

A little background:

I purchased a SFR and it has about 20k in equity (Currently being rented out).

I'm also under contract for a 4-unit multi-family property(I have the down payment, closing cost and reserves + pre-approval)

If I found another great deal, could I take out an equity loan on the SFR and use as a down payment for an additional property? All without hinder my chances of getting the 4-unit property that is underway?

Thanks,

Joseph Lane
