Hi There! My husband and I are new to the real estate and rental markets and are ready to hit the ground running! We will be investing in Tiffin, Ohio and are very interested in multi family rental units and will be BRRRR'ing them out. We are hard workers, avid learners, and ready to get creative when it comes to creating generational wealth for our children and our children's children, so here we go!

We are currently heading into our first potential 4plex opportunity as well as a 1 bedroom college rental that will be converted into a 3 bedroom college rental.

Is anyone on the forums close to the Tiffin area? We are regular Bigger pockets listeners, but what are some of your biggest tips for the first couple investments coming our way?
