Cape Coral/Fort Myers Real Estate Investing

Good morning! 

Me, my wife and a relative are interested in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area for a buy and hold investment. We are from New York so this would be an out-of-state investment. We are opened to looking at other areas in Southwest Florida with great potential too.  

We would like either a single family home (3 bedroom/2 bathrooms) that needs mild to moderate repairs or a duplex. We will need assistance and advise on location! We want the investment in a safe neighborhood. Our number one goal is to have good cash flow and to increase the property’s value for a cash-out refinance down the road.
