Hi all! My name is Josh Scott, I live in the Peoria, IL area. I am brand spankin new to the REI world, but am extremely motivated to start in the rentals arena. My day job is in IT, and it pays me pretty well, but I want my money to make me more money for long term growth and security. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets podcast, and it's really giving me the itch to get out and network with folks!
