Hi there. I'm Thomas from around the Twin Cities area in MN. I've been lurking a while and have been blown away with how tremendous the help provided here has been and deicded to introduce myself.

I'm more interested in buy and hold at this point and am about to close on my first investment property. I'm certainly excited to get started and really appreciate all the help I've gotten from this website (even if you never even knew you gave it!).
