Hello fellow BP members. My name is Mike Ferrell and I am new to real estate investing. I live in the Panhandle of Florida near Destin / Fort Walton Beach. I retired from the military in 2018 and started my second career as a Realtor in the local area. I did that for a little over a year and then I got a good opportunity to work in the cooperate world and I have been doing that ever since. Now that I am comfortable in my new job it is time to get back into real estate by investing.

I am looking to network with other investors and learn more about BRRRR and buy and hold rentals. I prefer to be in multifamily homes as this is my long-term retirement plan, so I plan on jumping in feet first and getting the ball rolling soon. I am looking forward to meeting likeminded people and learning more about using real estate to supplement my current income.
