Hi BP

I'm been reading posts for a long time and joined a few weeks ago.
Originally to get info for my current flip but ended up getting my RE license bc of you guys!

I just passed my test Friday! And signed up with a big box brokerage bc my weakness is sales & marketing. I'm hoping their training is as good as they claim.

Background:

I grew up with real estate, I started my first flip at 26. Made all the rookie mistakes.
But I call it my TUITION. It didn't scare me off. And I just broke even.

I am a slow and steady, buy/hold investor. I don't like to take on too much debt...so we wait til we have our own financing. I'm, however, always looking for prospect so when opportunity arise financially, I usually already found my next project.

Since we bought every 2-3 yrs, I bought different type just for more education.
Condo...new construction....commercial retail store....single family

After 12 years....ppl are asking me to invest for them. And i bought 2 property in last 90 days!!!
That is where the RE License comes in, if this trend continues!

Also I was just made into a mentor by a friend, have so much more to learn

I'm currently working on an investor's flip. I have properties in 3 states

BP has been really helpful and for you guys starting out, how lucky are you to have a tool like this.

I've learnt more here in 30 days then my 12 yrs figuring it out on my own

The biggest difference is, before BP I was learning what is relevant for me. But here I have the opportunity to see what other ppl are doing too.

Thank BP for such a great community
