Hello, I'm Tom. I've been lurking on the site for a few weeks and thought I should join. I'm an Engineering Manager by day in the Cleveland area. I have done a lot of rehab/construction/flips for others and myself, but I have never considered REI as a long term plan until now. Just took possession of my first SFH for a fix and hold and I am working on a MFH purchase too.

My goal is to use my rehab and management skills, and knowledge from BP, to semi-retire by 50 and retire by 55 through REI. (I'm 41)
