Hello from WA State!

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Nathan Powell, I live in a small town in SW Washington known as Mossyrock. Strange right? Ha, I guess there are worse names.

Anyhow, I am 23 years old, and have been lightly, and I mean very lightly, just dabbling in multiple aspects of real estate for the past couple years, give or take. I have a wonderful family, a supportive girlfriend, and the best motivation anyone could ask for: a 3 year old son that just loves "Daddy" to no end. :-)

My goal is to simply help people when it comes to real estate. I really mean that. I want to ensure that I have everyone's best interests in mind when it comes to completing transactions. I feel that this bedrock foundation of ensuring complete satisfaction with all parties involved in any transaction I perform will ultimately result in a reputation that can't be beat.

I am glad to be a member here at BiggerPockets and I cannot wait to contribute and network with everyone here.
