Financing Advice for new investor

Edi Nisenbaum
Posted

I am a recent University Grad looking to buy my first deal as soon as the dust settles with Covid-19. Due to student loans, I don't really have a lot of capital to play with, so I am looking into hard money/private financing. My goal is to structure a deal where I can get 100% of my cost financed through a combination of the two, and pull out equity to pay back my investors through a BRRRR. I was wondering if I anyone else has done this before to buy their first deal, and what advice you would give me when looking for lenders?
