New to BP from Seattle

My name is Ian Love and I am a new investor in the Seattle area. I recently purchased a duplex in North Seattle that I am living in while renting the other unit. I am constantly looking for a new investment property in the greater Seattle area and have found it to be extremely competitive due to the low inventory. On several occasions, I have spotted a new property that I would like to make an offer on only to find that the property already has multiple offers, with some of them being all cash. I joined BP to learn from other investors' experiences and what they were able to do to find there first couple properties and possibly find ways to compete with some of the all cash buyers in the area. I look forward to talking with more people like myself and learning from everyone!
