Hello, I am a new member here, I live in Charlottesville,VA.

I am looking to start my rental portfolio with a property in Lynchburg, VA. I am looking for a Multi Family property on the Diamond Hill neighborhood. Does anyone have knowledge of the rental market on that area? I would appreciate any information.
