Hi BP and friends. My name is Vernon and I currently reside in upstate NY (The 'Tri-City Area' encompasses Albany, Troy and Schenectady) I currently own a 2 Family that I purchased in 10/2010. I enjoy being a landlord and Real Estate Investor and look forward to growing with BP and increasing my knowledge.
