New investor from Los Altos, California with a lot of questions
I was the cofounder of a startup in the bay area and now I am trying to get into real estate investing. I have bought a few properties in Colorado, Texas and North Carolina. One big problem I have is that there are too many properties that I do not know which ones I should focus on. I am thinking about creating a tool where it gives a preliminary rank based on the investment potential of all the available properties so that I can do more thorough research on the top ones first.
My question is: is this the right way of approaching this and will you find this type of tool useful?
