Hey guys, I'm a newbie to this site as well as to real estate investing. I'm really interested in learning all I can about the in's and out's of the industry, and am thrilled I found this site! I currently do residential insurance appraisals in North Carolina, which has led me to getting my real estate license. Well, I say I'll have them pending the state exam next week. After completing the 75 hour class and doing tons of research online, I've come to realize that I'm fascinated with foreclosures. I really think that people are making tons of money off these, and this is what I want to focus on. Wholesaling has equally caught my eye. After reading a few books and blog posts on wholesaling, I'd love to learn more about this as well. Anyways, thanks for reading and I look forward to some positive interaction and feedback!
