1031 Exchanged and Tax Liens
I have an investment property that I'm looking to sell and wondering if I can use 1031 exchange to purchase tax liens? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

@Nick Clayville, the 1031 exchange has to be both a sale of investment real estate followed by a purchase of actual investment real estate. A tax lien is not going to be a deeded interest in actual real estate so it's not going to qualify for 1031 treatment.
