Hi everyone. Im a Newbie from Toms River, NJ. I've always wanted to flip houses but didn't know where to start. I've been in sales most of my life but at the present I am driving a school bus..I know I can do alot better! I've always known that real estate is where its at! I'm a go getter, single mother, and I'm ready to learn and get to know everyone..I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site. It appears to be a great place to go for real estate info.
