Hi all. I'm so happy to have found such a great group of helpful people.

My name is Caroline Bogart. The only background I have in real estate is buying the house we live in. My business partner has been building houses for 38 years.

I'm from New Jersey originally, New Hampshire for 24 years.

Prior to my new house flipping company formation (Project Green Builders), I was a software engineer and web developer. I got bored, and I always wanted to flip houses. I think fixing up a distressed property is an honorable profession. It helps the neighborhood, the buyers, the laborers, the town tax collections, and the flippers. Everyone wins.

Our mission is to use green methods and materials to rehab neighborhood properties. We want to find distressed properties, rehab, sell at a profit, rinse and repeat.

I found BiggerPockets.com when researching how to use a USPS box as a physical address for our LLC purposes.
