Hi guys! I am a new member from Richmond, VA. I've had a number of rental properties (SFHs and commercial) in the last 10 years or so but am looking to add some properties in central Virginia and western NC. I am primarily interested in small multi family properties, SFHs and commercial, I'd love to learn more about mixed use. I am new to BP, but am familiar with a lot of the concepts here (FI/FIRE, BRRRR, 1% rule, house hacking, wholesaling, 70% rule, etc). In the past, I have managed everything myself but I would love to learn about automation and management tools.

I have a regular day job and plan to keep one for the foreseeable future, but am energetic and intellectually curious about almost everything. I'm a solid carpenter/builder, mechanic, gardener, manager, decorator, and contractor, and I like getting my hands dirty with reno projects. I'd love to connect with other investors near me (especially women!) and always interested in talking with wholesalers, contractors, property managers, RE agents, lenders, and other finance and RE professionals.
