Hey Guys! I have just singed up to be part of the BP family! In the past week or so I have been reading The Book on Rental Property Investing as well as viewing the BP YouTube videos. It has changed my perspective in real estate investing and encouraged me to read up on real estate. For now I am looking for connections in the nearby area to get a more local guide in the properties here. Definitely look forward to hearing from the community!
