Saint Louis Real Estate Market tips

Hey!

Investor here looking to get into the St. Louis market. I currently own a few properties in Cleveland and Atlanta. I will be going out to St Louis quite a bit to visit my step dad and we have agreed to purchase sfr and small multi family. Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated! Open to networking as strong property management, deal flow etc would also be needed.
