New Member Looking To Restructure My Real Estate Portfolio

Amobi Okugo
Posted

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Amobi Okugo, I'm a professional soccer player by way of Sacramento, Ca currently living in Austin,Texas. I'm looking to get more into real estate as I try to expand and diverse my overall portfolio. I currently have a condo in Philadelphia,Pa and have another one pending in Sacramento, Ca. One of  my big issues with condos is the condo fees but I like the fact that with condos from my experience usually get tenants fairly easy. I want eventually want to sell or figure out the best approach refi or take out home equity loan on my Philly property  and take the proceeds to get into single family/multi family rental investing with Sacramento, Phoenix, Austin, (anywhere West of Texas that has room for great potential) and go from there.

Mainly I'm curious to learn about all the tricks and ways to get more real estate with less capital, I really think that's amazing.

Thank you for accepting me and pleasure to connect

Best,
