If any out of area investors are needing someone to look and report back for potential investment properties, I am here to help. I'm also willing to look for people locally if they need help. I'm located in Nashville, TN and am looking to network locally and nationally. Currently working on acquiring my RE license and have 2 BRRR properties that I did all the work myself.
