Hey everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself, I am currently living here in San Diego but acquired a rental property for students in Phoenix and hope to acquire another 1-2 over the next 18-24 months. Came here to learn some tricks of the trade as a beginner. Also on a side note I happen to be a sales executive for a firm that sells resident screening, renters insurance, and rent collections services to property management professionals which had a big part in inspiring me to invest on the side.
