Hello Bigger Pockets page, my name is Joseph. I am very excited to be starting my journey with this great family. I am currently working as an EMT, and I am working on becoming a firefighter in the LA area. My goal is to build a very strong rental portfolio. I currently own and rent a single family home, so I have learned a lot about being a landlord. I did not purchase this property, but inherited it under bad circumstances. I am currently reading and trying to inform myself as much as possible about buying my next property. I am hoping by this time next year I’ll have my second one.
