Hi gang, I just found the site and am excited to review all the content. I am a local Realtor but I am getting my feet wet in the investing side. I love the idea of renovating and providing great housing where there was serious disrepair. My buyer clients are always so very greatful to have a home after only being able to rent. My husband and I are looking forward to helping some of those dreams come true. I look forward to asking all kinds of questions here.
