Problem With NOI in Rental Property Calculator

Hi Everyone,

I recently upgraded to Pro and ever since I've been using the Rental Property Calculator to analyze deals nonstop. Today I decided to print one out to show a potential investor. I went to Sharing Options and clicked Download PDF, which worked fine. Not until I was looking it over did I notice that the NOI field was completely off. The number was accurate on the main analysis page, but on the PDF the number was much lower. I don't know where the incorrect number came from, but everything else on the PDF was accurate. I wasn't sure if something was wrong with that particular rental report, so I checked some of my previous entries and the same thing happens every time when I go to print: the NOI is different on the PDF.

Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? It feels like there's something I'm missing. Thanks in advance!
