New to the BP site!

Hey guys!

I just wanted to make an introduction on BP, as I would love to get to know my fellow REI's! A little bit about me - I'm 30 years old living in Los Angeles, and I've been listening to BP for almost two years now. I've listened to the podcast religiously, bought several REI books and read them, calculated deals, and am almost done with my real estate courses to get my real estate license. I have such a passion for real estate, especially the rehab side of things!

I currently have not bought a property yet, as my market is very high, and due to COVID-19 have currently lost my income. However, I'm dying to get my hands dirty and actually help out on a rehab process. I have experience doing rehab work from mission trips (installing electrical, putting up drywall, painting, etc), but it's been some time.

If anyone is rehabbing out in LA, let me know! I would absolutely love to gain some experience and help you out for free. And if not, I would love any advice for someone starting out! The plan is to save up money as soon as I get my income back (which I foresee happening in the next month or two) and have enough saved to buy a live-in rehab in August of next year.

Thanks everyone, I look forward to meeting you all!
