hi.
i am 18 years old and currently a student at University of Pittsburgh. I am looking to start investing in real estate in the next couple of years and see where i can go with it. for now i am just trying to gain any first hand investing experience i can get.

I am speciffically looking to learn about rehabbing properties. I would like to gain any first hand experience with rehabbing properties i can get. I would offer my time and labor on a rehab project to anyone with experience . i am currently in pittsburgh and could be in philly or baltimore all summer starting april. If you would be interested in letting me help you out on a project in the near future please pm me !
