Hey guys,

I am new to the world of real estate investing. I rent a room in a house right now for $600 a month. I am looking to start investing into real estate and I would like to have a discussion on what route is the best to take for a first time investor. I am wondering if it is better to house hack for the first time, or just jump right into the Brrrr strategy. let me know what you guys think. anything helps.

cheers
