Rent, rehab and re-rent in Africa a financial analysis

Bruno Miranda
Posted

Hi everyone!

I'm Bruno and I'm from Luanda, Angola. It's an African country. I'm a real estate agent for almost 10years while I'm still doing the agency I started to invest as well.

I'm doing something that most people didn't figure it out yet. I'm renting, rehabing and re-renting real estate. Most of homeowners here don't have enough capital to rehab their units and our market is flooded with that kind of situation. We got many houses and apartments out of the market because they don't offer basic living conditions. I propose them to rent their apartments rehab them and I re-rent the apartments to final tenants. In the end of the lease I offer them the apartment in a better shape they had before.

What I want opinions, suggestions and critics of my financial plan. I would like to send you for analysis.

And most important how can I successful pull off this investment opportunity?
