Hello Everyone,

I am very new to the rental property game. I wanted to advice on where I should start. I was looking into milti-home and getting the FHA loan. Any advice or help wold be much appreciated.

Yes. Four units or less can be owner occupied using and FHA loan. Talk to a bank like bank of the west or even us bank. They can get you in the right direction. Make sure you can get it to nearly cash flow. When you occupy one of the units make sure you rent out the empty rooms in your unit for the ultimate house hack! Hope that helps.
