I am a realtor for Douglas Elliman on Long Island. I am new to real estate investing and would like to start my journey with wholesaling REO properties. I read all about the different tactics to get around the banks no-assignment clause using a Land Trust and even set up transactional funding in the area in case I would have to do a double closing. I have made an offer on a REO property in my area and I am excited to jump right in. I have set up a local buyer list that I will wholesale properties to. I have great analytical tactics when it come to finding great REO deals in the area and I would like to network with some local investors to parter up on a few deals. As a new member of BP I really found such great information in the blogs and forums and look forward to what else BP has to offer. Thanks!
