House Hacking Las Vegas

Hi everyone,

Hope this finds you all safe.

I am starting my journey real estate investing journey through house hacking. I have come across many different properties and I may have found one that I like at a decent price that works for my budget. With that said, I would want to house hack and rent by the room.

What do you think of this during this time?

Are there any property managers here in Las Vegas that rent by the room?

Should I discontinue my search and wait for more capital to invest 20% for a true investment property?

I would love to hear out all opinions.

Thanks
