Looking to get into real estate investment, been listening to the BP podcast a lot and I would like to learn all I can about brrrr, multifamily buy and hold etc. My rental single family is under contract and due to close on 5/22. Home is paid for so I’ll have some cash coming to me to invest.

Welcome, I have 2 SFH in Deltona with great cash flow and appreciation. Deltona has been a hot market lately. As you may know, Amazon is opening major distribution hub. More jobs and more people.
