Hello everyone,

This is a bit awkward lol I don't even know where to start. I've recently started listening to the BP podcasts (starting from episode 1 I might add), and a lot of the quick tips suggested to come introduce ourselves so here I am. Just an ordinary girl from Miami, looking to learn more about real estate investing. I know I want to start off in SFH or even duplexes and eventually move on to buying apartment buildings in the local neighborhoods. I live in an area that's undergoing major gentrification and I really want to be apart of rebuilding a community, while staying true to the people that are currently living there. I guess that's like my "bigger picture" long term goal. Developing urban communities. Anyway I know I have to start off small because I have zero experience in real estate. So I'm currently reading as much information as I can and listening to the Podcast everyday to learn more. Looking forward to gaining to enormous amount of knowledge BP has to offer!
