Finding a good Realtor (Buyer Agent)

What is the best way to find a good realtor that has rental property experience?  Most of the realtor are looking to sell family homes not investment properties.  Is there any easier way to find/get list of bank owned home?  Trying to find something on Realtor.com, Zillow, and RedFin hasn't been too productive.
