Hello all,

I am a new investor currently in the middle of completing my first deal. Once It is complete I will build my first 2 family home.  Any advice on this process would be appreciated.

I am particularly interested in connecting with people who have built houses, hard money lenders, landlords, and rental property investors.

Kind Regards,

D.M.
