Buying Land Through Delinquent Taxes

Taylor Baker
Posted

Hello everyone, I am new to the real state game. I listened to bigger podcast real-estate episode 39 on buying land through delinquent taxes. I am very interested in buying land for my family and I think this would be a great way to start. Also learning the trade could come in handy in the future.

My question is where do I start? Does anyone have any videos, courses, or blogs I can read? I want to learn exactly how to do it.

I had many questions after the podcast, such as if you buy a piece of land how do you know if it will perk or not to place a house on it? How would you know if the survey is current on the land?

Let me know what you guys think and look forward to your response!

-Taylor
