Hi Everyone!

My name is Jaime and I'm located in the Tampa Bay area, specifically St. Pete, FL.  I'm a real estate investor and interior designer. I specialize in design for flips/new builds. I'm looking to build connections with other investors, agents, and contractors. 

I purchased my first distressed property at 25. I lived there while I made repairs and sold for a significant profit 2 years later and now I'm addicted! Since then, I have purchased one rental property in St. Pete and I'm currently doing another live in flip (that might become a rental as well, depending on the market). 

At the end of March, I purchased my first official flip in St.Pete. I'm planning to finish rehab in 3 months with the idea to list by July 1. I hope I will be in the position to find my next property once this one complete.
