Advise for investors in COVID crisis

Looking for advise from pro here, for folks who just started looking for investor property. 

Is this a good time to look for property( virtually).?

At this crisis moments, what are suggestions for keep venturing as RE Investors ?

I am a beginner and started almost 1 month back, then need to stop with total lock down. Debating  what strategy need to take at this uncertain environment.
