Hello, I'm new here. I'm only 18 years old at my first year of college. Real Estate really interests me and I'm trying to get to know how this world is working. I am reading some books about it and watching some videos on YouTube, but in almost every source of information I face advices like how to quit your job and stuff like that which not reffers to my age. Any suggestions for my sutiation or in general for begginers?

Thank you.
