Hello,
My name is Chris and I've been reading posts on BiggerPockets for awhile. Up until recently, however, I haven't partcipated as an active member.

About me: I currently have a small portfolio of a few rehabs and rentals in my area. I am a cash buyer, and always looking for good deals on SFRs, block homes, built 1970+, in the Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Gibsonton, Apollo Beach area. I would love to do some networking with others in the Tampa Bay area. I am familiar with option contacts, lease options, contract for option, foreclosures, short sales, reos, etc. I have a finance & economics background.
