Newbie wanting to learn!

Hi everyone,

My name is Rachel, I’ve been interested in investing in real estate for some time now. I’ve read several bigger pockets books and have been listening to the podcast for a year or so. I graduated from Penn State not too long ago and started my career in Marketing but I am eventually looking to start investing in multi families in the eastern Pennsylvania area for passive income and cash flow. I’ve been analyzing towns in the Philadelphia area such as Delaware, Lehigh and Montgomery County to name a few. Right now I am just looking to learn still and want to provide help to anyone that could use it. I’m a certified Execel Expert (passed the exam a few months ago), am very hardworking and am eager to learn. If anyone is looking for a virtual assistant a few hours a week or needs someone to input data I would love to help and hopefully learn in the process. I hope everyone is staying safe and I am looking forward to connecting with some of you!
