Hello All, 

I look forward to meeting with you all at some point. I've recently moved to the DMV area while working as a technical consultant for the federal government within real estate for GSA (General Services Administration). I'm an investor looking to add to my network while on my new journey here. I've been looking to make partnerships and build on relationships where we are able to help each other. I'm also a new dad! Which has pushed me even further with making sure my family is in the proper financial place by building the foundation NOW. Career Background: 

I've worked in corporate real estate for a while as a property manager, leasing agent, property transaction coordinator for a non-profit and have had tremendous success within this field in the start of my career. 

- Managed internal and external client communication adhering to deadlines and compliance regulations. Established accomplished vendor relationships and oversaw portfolio’s consisting of 675 properties.

- Analyzed leases, RE spend, utilization, and projected property management costs.

- Supported the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management software to manage client's real property assets including companies.

- Developed and maintained relationships with varies escrow and title companies, lenders, appraisers, and property inspectors.

- Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing (HUD), types of available mortgages, financing options, and government programs.
